Just got back from the states and maui to the cold weather in denmark. It is really silly cold.
On the plane back i redid this bootleg, so now im leaking it to you guys.
The Original is Massive Attacks epic angel. As far as i know, it was never released as a single, still its probably the biggest track of theirs, since unfinished sympathy.
This track is mezmerising.

I admit it. I havent tried the beats by Dr Dre headphones. Always liked the design (especially the many colors), but I just never got around to hearing them.
Dre and Monster now got together to do a headphone for djing.
Looks cool, but lets see how it all works out. On tour djing is the ultimate headphone killer.
These fashion houses are always so far ahead. Aint even summer yet, and they are talking fall winter already.
Anyways, there are some really nice items in the collection. I think its a bit junya watanabish, minus the lumberjack.

On a rare night off, I decided to go to Vega last night.
The infamous Ohoi! crew was hosting one of their fantastic nights, this time feat Caspa form the UK.
After I managed to squeeze myself through a couple of hundred smelly teenagers (I’m sure the swineflu came from dreadlocks), I finally found myself in front of the Funktion-One setup, they had hired in for the night.
What fun it was!!!!!!!!!
I had no clue whatsoever about the music, but when jsl dropped sweet harmony, I felt like 16 again.
After too much alcohol and a lot dancing, Martin Nick and I decided that we are going to start a counterfeit dub/drum and bass crew.
We will call it Ohio
Johannes and I were invited to participate in vinylcph this year.
Last year we redid a Dunny in aluminum, and this year we upped it.
6 layers of epoxy and voila, blast from the past was done.
Imagine how pristine its going to be forever.

Big time Danish rapper and fellow Irish headunit Liam o Connor, was supposed to feature on my new album. We actually recorded some killa stuff, but because of his newest project entitled Selvmord (suicide), we couldn’t release it.
I was actually really pissed of for a second there, but then I heard the first single, and fell head over heels in love with it.
I decided to do a bootleg, and now the guys let me leak it to my trusted fans.

This is the first single from Rune RK and Clara Sofie. The singing on this one is in Danish, but future projects will be in the old tounge of Eltharin (naah - we might just keep it in English).

Friday was good stuff. Playing for 30.000 tourists at Rådhuspladsen, which was quite a cold affair - we are so happy we are all going to Rio in 2016.
Then we sailed to Supertanker-festival in Århus (disappointing enough not on a supertanker in any way) to hook up with our old friend Fatman Scoop. It was a jam-packed night with some of Denmarks finest, but mainly a Hip-Hop crowd, so Rune had to bring out the dirty beats to match the night.

And the going to Århus for the Supertanker-festival. The biggest thing that has hit Århus in a long time.
This has been our favourite champagne at the label for some time now and it is about time we make it official. Forget about Dom and Louis Roederers clear bottles (Cristal if you are in doubt) - we only want “Discobitch”
Unfortunately we have only been able to find it in Copenhagen in the shop SKÅL at Randersgade 33.
So for now - we are are not putting it in our riders for jobs abroad…. Dammit Janet

Last night it went down in Tivoli at Voice 09. Rune RK delivered beats for the jumping and waving crowd with backup from the über-energetic and razor-sharp USO performing Dirty Dirty with a twist of MJ.
Clara Sofie blew everyone away with her beautiful voice. This was the first time that Rune RK and Clara Sofie performed together in public and a world premiere of the track “Det er Forbi”
Its already old news to many. We have been looking forward to the release of the CDJ2000 for a long time now, and now we are just waiting for the new player to become the industry standard in 2010. Wont be long before we we will be demanding this little bad-boy in our Riders for all our DJs.
Who knows - maybe we will upgrade the capacity of the album-releases and all you need is Nightology around your wrist and you are good to go
In a few hours we are heading for Tivoli to perform at the yearly Voice concert. Rune RK is bringing two artists to show off some of the fresh Nightology juice.
USO will be performing the new single: Dirty DIrty 2.0
